DINNER --- yellow tail with grated yam (nori) | fried egg with grated radish | fried Chinese cabbage abs pork (bamboo shoot, shitake, carrot, sweet corn and leek) | Simmered satoimo and squid | grilled salmon | bread | pickles | persimmon

I do not need a preparation in the morning, I can cook with just regular vegetables and enjoyment.
