As a cold air mass has come, we made soup with a sake lees base which warm us to the marrow.

When you prepare sweet potatog beforehand, you crumple them in the water and it'll become so sweet.

Simple one-pot dish of Chinese cabbage and sliced pork is a really good only using the best season's one.

A big turnip which was delivered from food center, whatever we cook it - to boil, pickle or simmer, it's very nice.

Simple rice ball made by boiled rice, natural sea salt, shiso leaves and konbu shavings. It's stuffed with happiness in it.

We boil gently udon noodels in the soup of pot last night. It's so nice that twe felt like cackle.
