Sauteed okara
Bean-curd refuse of delicious tofu is delicious again.
Ingredients
- okara a clenched fist size
- ingredients (Mix vegetables will do for the following ingredients.)
- arms of 2 squids or 50g ground chicken
- 1 burdock
- 1 welsh onion
- 4 dried shiitake mushrooms (soak into water for 30 minutes)
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 cup soup stock (after shiitake mushroom soak into water)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- mirin, soy sauce, sugar
Directions
- Wash ingredients and cut into 1cm chunks.
- Heat sesame oil in frying pan. Saute ingredients over high heat; add okara and saute further. Add 1/2 cup soup stock, 1 tablespoon mirin and soy sauce and 2 tablespoons sugar.
