Bean-curd refuse of delicious tofu is delicious again.

Directions

  1. Wash ingredients and cut into 1cm chunks.
  2. Heat sesame oil in frying pan. Saute ingredients over high heat; add okara and saute further. Add 1/2 cup soup stock, 1 tablespoon mirin and soy sauce and 2 tablespoons sugar.
