Sauteed radish's peel

We finish eating without leaving it over to peel

Delicious even if you put a sand bar or fried bean curd.

  1. Cut radish's peel into 2 inch matchsticks along fiber (see picture).
  2. Heat sesame oil in frying pan. Saute radish's peel over high heat; add 1 sake: 1 soy sauce: 1 mirin and saute further.
