Chitoseho's miso ramen noodles is made by lot of vegetabls and put shredded leek on top of it. It's the right dish for cold day.

I have had a passion for making pressed sushi. I made it using broiled saury and vinegared ginger today.

The udon noodles bar which Tomi and Peco went at lunch is small bar that is kept by only storekeeper and proprietress. Its atmosphere, taste and price are like a stall at the cultural festival.
