Tomi at Tokyo and Peco and Poco at Kanazawa had a nice lunch each.

How to cook Komatsuna? I get into a groove recently. But today's dish which boiled with scallop is a nice.

Simple italian meal at holiday night.

At sushi bar we met the family who eatched this site and came all the way from Okinawa. It's a wonderful and a dramatic night.

As the menu boiled down, we have only to boile the rice in a word.

DINNER --- fried horse mackerel | simmered wild vegetables | vinegared cucumber, wakame seaweed and Chinese jellyfish | simmered radish and radish's leaf (leavings) | tofu sandwiches (same left) | mashed sweet potatoes with sweetened chestnuts | rice ball of sushi | udon noodles (Peco) | loquat

I tried rolled egg using 3 eggs and the same amount of soup stock. But it was all I could do to hard them. Anyway it was tasty.

Peco said I wanted to eat rolled sushi badly and I made.

Cook a many dish and eat them. The daily diet has come back.

As we dropped in fish store on our way home, there were full of squid on this dinner.

As on Thursday vegetables are delivered from co-op, greens run low and we must simmered vegetables dish using potato, onion or carrot.

We ate unusually bread this breakfast.

I cooked rice with ume plum this dinner. I put Japanese butterbur and sesame today. The sweets after meal was melon and cake.

Peco --- rice gruel | softly tofu | grated apple

Hot chirashi sushi which is cooked rice seasoned with vegetables and mixed sweet vinegar is good even if it get cold.

We were attacked by fever. Peco knocked down completely and Poco a bit down and only cooked.

Pressed sushi which put a lots of cucumber was nice.

vinegared cabbege dish - boil brightly and only pour sweet vinegar is sweet and crispy. I can eat a big bowlful.

I cooked tempura using wild vegetables from Nagano and our kitchen garden.
