Old pickled radish with ginger
Ginger matches the pickled radish which became sour well.
Ingredients
- 2 inch old pickled radish
- 1 thumb sized piece of ginger
- a little of soy sauce
Directions
- Slice radish into 1/4 inch, soak in water for a hour.
- Cut (1) into 1/4 inch.
- Grate ginger.
- Mix radish and ginger, pour a little of soy sauce.
