Celery and Shirasu salad
A good tidbits for beer and also get along well with rice.
Ingredients
- 1 celery
- 1 oz shirasu
- 4 inches welsh onion
- ginger as big as thumb
- 1 tablespoon Shiso dressing
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Directions
- Cut celery into less than a diameter of pan. Boil water and add a pinch of salt. Boil celery for 2 or 3 minutes and drain. Cool celery and slice into 1/10 inch. Put celery into bowl and pour 1 tablespoon shiso dressing. Mix lightly to absorb.
- Mince welsh onion. Pare and mince ginger. Wash and drain shirasu. Put them on the 1) of celery.
- Pour 1 tablespoon sesame oil into ladle, heat it over fire. Put sesame oil on the 2). If you feel thin, add a bit dressing.
