Lightly-pickled cucumber in soy sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions
- Wash cucumber and pare lengthwise into four lines. Cut into a bite piece.
- Put cucumber and soy sauce into plastic bag. Take away air and bind.
- Leave for 1 night (about 8 hours) in the refrigerator.
