Pickled eggplant
Tomi's most favorite dish. He eat up full of bowl.
Ingredients
- 20 eggplants (small size)
- salt
- half a teaspoon "myouban (a kind of ammonium)"
Directions
rub salt in eggplant
- Wash eggplant.
- Take handfull salt on your palm, rub salt in eggplant with turn it (It is able to rub salt in 5 eggplants with 1 handfull salt).
- Put eggplant with which salt on in order on receptacle.
- Add half a teaspoon "myouban" and 1 cup water.
- Push dowm on material with weight (about 6 kgs) overnight.
