Tomi's most favorite dish. He eat up full of bowl.

rub salt in eggplant
rub salt in eggplant
  1. Wash eggplant.
  2. Take handfull salt on your palm, rub salt in eggplant with turn it (It is able to rub salt in 5 eggplants with 1 handfull salt).
  3. Put eggplant with which salt on in order on receptacle.
  4. Add half a teaspoon "myouban" and 1 cup water.
  5. Push dowm on material with weight (about 6 kgs) overnight.
