Grilled squid stuffed with arms and welsh onion

This cooking is more tasty with fully welsh onion. As Yasuko-san did not like welsh onion when she was young and did not like this cooking, too. But now her taste is changed, it become her favorite dish.

  1. Take the arm and guts out of squid, wash inside.
  2. Boil the water, put a pinch of salt, boil the arm quickly, cut it fine.
  3. Cut welsh onion fine.
  4. Put (2) and (3) into bowl, add squeezed juice from grated ginger, and 1/2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon miso.
  5. Stuff (4) into squid, fasten off with toothpick.
  6. Grill (5) both side.
