Vinegared shirasu and grated radish
delicious even if I toss it in salmon roe and mackerel.
Ingredients
- 2/3 oz (20g) shirasu : baby of Japanese sardine
- 4 inch cms radish
- 1 teaspoon miso
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Directions
- Grate radish, drain off.
- Mix shirasu, miso, rice vinegar and (1).
