Quickly pickled celery in miso
Very easy to make, but Oh, good!
Ingredients
- 1 celery stem (you use leaves for fried dish)
- 1 tablespoon miso
Directions
- Cut celery into 1 1/2 inches in length and 1/2 inch in width along fiber.
- Put celery into plastic bag and add miso. Let the air out and tie. Rub lightly and wait half a day. When you eat, wash miso lightly.
