Ohitashi - Nabana
Soft teeth and sweetness
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Nabana: picked a top of rape
- salt
- dashitsuyu (2 tablespoons soup stock and 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce)
- white sesame
Directions
- Boil Nabana quickly with a pinch of salt, soak in cold water, Squeeze and cut into 1/2 inch.
- Serve Nabana in a bowl and pour dashiwari. Sprinkle with white sesame.
