Lightly-pickled cucumber and cabbage

This is the one of constant pickles which season with ginger.

Directions

  1. Cut cucumber into less than a bite piece.
  2. Cut cabbage into 1/2 inch.
  3. Cut ginger into shredded.
  4. Put (1)-(3) in receptacle, add salt, push dowm on material with weight overnight.
