Crunch-crunch pickled cucumber
It becomes more delicious when you wait still
Ingredients
- 8 cucumber
- salt (3% of cucumber weight)
Directions
- Wash cucumbers. Put cucumber on cutting board, sprinkle salt and roll cucumber for rubbing salt.
- Put cucumbers in container. Put also salt on cutting board into container.
- Press with weight for overnight. It become more tasty 2 days after.
