At first an edible wild plant is a bracken. At first a bracken is boiled greens with dressing.

  1. Wash a bunch of bracken well, put into container in order, sprinkle 1 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate "myouban" over the bracken and pour fully boiling water (See picture). Leave it alone until cool.
  2. Keep water drop one by one from faucet, soak bracken in water overnight.
  3. Cut bracken into 1 inch.
  4. Arrange bracken on serving plate and pour dashiwari. Garnish dried bonito flakes.
