  1. Boil 2 1/2 cups of soup stock. Add agar-agar powder, stirring, and simmer for 2 minutes over low flame.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon mirin, a pinch of salt and soy sauce.
  3. Break egg and beat them up. Pour it into (2) and stop to heat.
  4. Pour the liquid into the containers and cool.
