Egg jelly
It is Peco style that strengthen for taste loosely and plainly.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 cups soup stock
- 1 pkg agar-agar powder (5 g)
- mirin, soy sauce, salt
Directions
- Boil 2 1/2 cups of soup stock. Add agar-agar powder, stirring, and simmer for 2 minutes over low flame.
- Add 1 tablespoon mirin, a pinch of salt and soy sauce.
- Break egg and beat them up. Pour it into (2) and stop to heat.
- Pour the liquid into the containers and cool.
