Sauteed Japanese butterbur's leaf with miso
I will make this necessarily when I make food boiled and seasoned of a butterbur. However, this cooking insists on unusual presence.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Japanese butterbur's leaf
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon miso and sugar
Directions
cut Japanese butterbur's leaf
- Wash Japanese butterbur's leaf, Boil well with a pinch of salt.
- Soak it into cold water for a night.
- Cut into 1/4 inch (See Picture).
- Put sesame oil in frying pan, heat, fry Japanese butterbur's leaf.
- Add 1 tablespoon miso and sugar.
