Sauteed Japanese butterbur's leaf with miso

I will make this necessarily when I make food boiled and seasoned of a butterbur. However, this cooking insists on unusual presence.

  1. Wash Japanese butterbur's leaf, Boil well with a pinch of salt.
  2. Soak it into cold water for a night.
  3. Cut into 1/4 inch (See Picture).
  4. Put sesame oil in frying pan, heat, fry Japanese butterbur's leaf.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon miso and sugar.
