WELCOME TO
THE GUMSHOE SITE
(Opened on January 08, 1996)
Thank you very much for your visit. Okay, this is my 30th year of managing The Gumshoe Site. Do you believe it? I still don't believe it! I moved to another place in November 2022 and I am still arranging my boxes of books and books and books. This moving results in my being way behind my schedule of managing this same old site. I am still wondering if I should continue keeping this old site. I have not made a decision yet. Despite of this mumblings, I hope you enjoy this site. Thank you for your warm support. I am now living a modest, slow and lazy life for my own safety. If you want to know what I was doing last year, I wrote something about thie site for Ellery Queen's Mystery Magazine's blog site, "A Mystery Website -- Easy to Launch, But So Hard to Keep Fresh", which was commissioned by Janet Hutchings before she retired as EQMM's Editor at the end of last September. Please stay safe and healthy in this unpredictable world!! (January 15, 2025)
Warning to bloggers! -- When you re-use my info, please do not copy-and-paste it word for word, but quote it or paraphrase it, at least. My wording is so awkwardly distinct or so distinctly awkward, I can easily spot copy-and-paste non-artists, and so can smart blog-readers.
